The easiest way to secure your appointment is through the online booking system. Simply select your service and choose a time that suits you.

Our availability

We are available for appointments Monday to Friday, between 9:30am and 7:00pm. On Fridays, we offer extended availability until 8:00pm. Occasional Saturday appointments may be offered based on demand.

Our availability is carefully limited to ensure every client receives a truly calm, unhurried, and dedicated experience.

Preparing for your visit

Service radius

Online bookings are available within a 3-mile radius of BH12, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.

If you are located in areas such as Hamworthy, Upton, Southbourne, Boscombe, or Christchurch, please get in touch prior to booking to discuss availability.

At your appointment

For your appointment, a small clear space with good lighting is ideal, along with access to a plug socket if needed. Parking nearby is appreciated where possible.

Our service is designed to be calm, comfortable, and carried out in your relaxed home environment.

Changing or cancelling appointments

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice. Due to the dedicated time allocated for each personalised service, treatments cannot be changed on the day of your appointment.

This policy ensures every client receives a calm, unhurried experience and allows all appointments to run smoothly.
