My approach is shaped by personal understanding. I know how losing confidence in your hands — or in yourself — can quietly affect how you feel day to day. It’s something I’ve experienced myself. Growing up, I struggled with nail biting, and I understand how personal and sometimes self-conscious we can feel about our hands.

That experience shaped everything I do today. I believe nail care should never feel rushed, uncomfortable, or impersonal — it should feel considered, supportive, and completely at ease.

After training professionally in 2005, I built my career on the belief that patience and attention truly matter. With nearly 20 years of experience, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how thoughtful, unhurried care can support both confidence and overall well-being.

Over time, I saw the need for something different — a quieter, more considered service for women who prefer a calmer, more comfortable experience, or who find typical nail environments overwhelming.

In February 2025, I introduced The Prime Touch — my refined, signature approach, created from two decades of experience. This is a private, unhurried service designed for women who value quality, discretion, and a more gentle, personalised pace.

My work is particularly valued by clients who appreciate a little more time, care, and understanding — whether that’s due to lifestyle, confidence, or simply a preference for a more supportive experience.
